About

The Qi research group investigates the flow and deformation of soft and living materials to understand human health and develop medical technologies. Rooted in the fundamentals of transport phenomena and soft matter governing cell, tissue and organ functions, we tackle various challenges in biomaterial design and drug development by integrating theory-driven predictive models and dynamic in vitro experiments.
